General Return Conditions
- All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Clothing Returns
- Clothing items may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- Please include clear photos of the damage when submitting your claim.
- Claims made after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Beauty Products
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty items are final sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products unless the item arrives damaged or defective and is reported within 2 days of delivery.
Jewelry
- Jewelry items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival and reported within 2 days of delivery.

Refunds
