At Gleam Noir, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help—please review our return guidelines below.

General Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Clothing Returns

  • Clothing items may be returned within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Please include clear photos of the damage when submitting your claim.
  • Claims made after 2 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Beauty Products

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty items are final sale.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty products unless the item arrives damaged or defective and is reported within 2 days of delivery.

Jewelry

  • Jewelry items are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival and reported within 2 days of delivery.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
